He’s driven by a mission to design products that integrate AI in seamless, intuitive ways—making it easier for everyday users to adopt and benefit from powerful AI capabilities. Charlton holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Biomedical Engineering from the Michigan State University and an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business.

Lennox Prince is a multidisciplinary Senior Product Designer with over seven years of experience leading design in early- to growth-stage startups across fintech, proptech, SaaS, and creative tooling. With a background in photography, branding, and visual design, he brings both creative fluency and product strategy to fast-moving teams. Lennox has played a key role in helping venture-backed companies—from Series A through Series C—translate vision into user-centered, scalable products, partnering closely with founders, engineers, and product leads to align design with business goals. In addition to his product work, he has helped early-stage teams shape brand identity, define GTM design assets, and create frameworks for growth. As a T-shaped generalist, Lennox brings full-stack design leadership—from research and UX to systems, motion, and prototyping. He’s also an active mentor and public voice in the design space, sharing insights and guiding emerging designers through career growth and executional rigor.
